We hereby warrant your new mattress against
defects and workmanship except damage caused
by misuse or abuse, accident, neglect, carelessness,
alteration to the product, or any other conditions
that are beyond the control of the manufacturer.
In the event that service resulting from
such defect is required during the warranty
period, your mattress will be repaired or
replaced using the scale below. The warranty
starts with the date of original purchase.
Purchase receipt required to demonstrate
original purchase date. This warranty provides
you with specific legal rights. You may have
additional rights which may vary from state
to state.
First 2 years
coverage 100%
Year 3-10 coverage is 50% of current retail
Transportation costs to and from the point
of repair are the responsibility of the consumer.
Body impressions are normal resulting from
conforming of cushioning material to the
sleeper and are not considered a warranty
issue.

Sensus Foam
Mattress Pad Topper - 10 Year Limited Warranty
Terms and Conditions
Coverage Period:
Sensus foam products, manufactured by Foamex,
Inc. are guaranteed to retain at least
90% of original loft for a period of up
to 10 years, covering the average life
of a mattress topper.
Exclusions:
Warranty is limited to described Foamex products
only. Foamex is not responsible for any
subsequent damage if product is abused
or misused in any way, or exposed to any
liquids or chemical products.
Right of Inspections:
Foamex reserves the right to inspect all
mattress toppers involved in warranty claims.
All inspections will take place at the
designated customer’s manufacturing
facility.
Claim Limitations:
This warranty is limited to Foamex materials
only. Any and all subsequent materials,
labor and/or freight and/or delivery charges
are not covered under warranty.
Warranty coverage is limited to original
purchaser.
MemorRest
Topper 5-Year Warranty
Absolute Comfort On Sale (ACOS) warrants
to the original purchaser or user that the
accompanying product will be free from defects
in materials and workmanship for a period
of 5 years from the date of the original
retail sales invoice. If during the warranty
period, this product is found to be defective
because of defects in materials or workmanship,
it will be replaced without charge. Notice
of a claim under this warranty must be given
promptly in writing, in no case later than
45 days after the purchase of the product.
Defective products must be returned, along
with the invoice, prepaid to ACOS at the
address stated below. ACOS will prepay shipping
charges for the replaced product. This warranty
will become void if the product shows signs
of careless handling or if the product is
ripped or torn. In addition, this product
must be protected during use by a quilted
mattress cover, and all cleaning must be
done in accordance with ACOS care instructions.
Except as set forth above, ACOS MAKES NO
OTHER WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED,
INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY
OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO
EVENT WILL ACOS BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL
OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, whether
such damages are claimed on account of breach
of warranty, breach of contract, negligence
or strict product liability, including without
limitations, damage to property or other
economic losses. This limited warranty gives
you specific legal rights and you may also
have other rights which vary from state to

UNPACK CAREFULLY This mattress memory foam
mattress pad has been vacuum packed and compressed
for shipping. It looks smaller in the package
than it really is. Open the package carefully,
taking care not to cut or tear the mattress
pad. Within six hours after the pad is released
from the packaging and allowed to breathe,
it will assume its proper size. The slight
scent of "newness" that all foam
products have will dissipate gradually.
INSTALL PROPERLY Place the mattress pad
on top of your mattress. A quilted cotton
mattress cover should be placed over your
memory foam mattress pad. Place your regular
sheets on top of the quilted mattress cover.
With all memory foam products, cotton sheets
are preferable.
WARNING: URETHANE FOAM IS FLAMMABLE. Do
not expose urethane foam to open flames or
any other direct or indirect high temperature
ignition sources such as burning operations,
welding, burning cigarettes, space heaters or
naked lights. Once ignited, urethane foam
will burn rapidly, releasing great heat and
consuming oxygen at a high rate. In an enclosed
space, the resulting deficiency of oxygen
will present a danger of suffocation to occupants.
Hazardous gases released by the burning foam
can be incapacitating or fatal to human beings
if inhaled in sufficient quantities.

15-Year Limited Warranty
Restonic warrants against defects in workmanship
and material (excluding the cover and handles)
of the sleep set. In the unlikely event that
service is required because of such defects
during the applicable warranty period, your
Restonic mattress and/or foundation will
be repaired or replaced (at Restonic's option)
without charge, except for transportation
costs. If you observe a defect, contact the
dealer from whom you purchased the set. If
the dealer cannot be reached, you should
write directly to the Restonic manufacturing
plant. To redeem your warranty, proof of
purchase must be provided, including date
of purchase.
Additional limitations:
- Restonic reserves the right to refuse
service when the product is found to be
in an
unsanitary condition, soiled, stained,
or when failure is due to causes other
than
defective materials or workmanship.
- The terms of this Restonic limited warranty
are negated if the product is used for
(but not limited to) commercial purposes
such as in a hotel, motel, or nursing
home.
- Queen and king-size bedding require a
metal frame or bed base with a rigid center
support.
- If identical materials are not available
at time of repair, Restonic reserves the
right
to substitute materials of equal or better
quality.
Any and all implied warranties
on this product shall not exceed in duration
the term of this limited warranty. Incidental
or consequential damages are excluded. Some
states do not allow the exclusion or limitation
on incidental or consequential damages or
limitations on how long an implied warranty
lasts, so the above limitation or exclusion
may not apply.
This warranty gives you specific
legal rights. You may also have other rights
which vary from state to state. This warranty
is given by the Restonic manufacturer whose
name and address appear on the law label
attached to your Restonic product. This warranty
is given only to the initial purchaser and
is effective from the date of purchase.
