1.  Why is an adjustable bed better than a regular bed?
A regular bed is a flat surface and yet our bodies are made up of curves. A flat surface does not provide the necessary support for these various curves especially the lumbar, neck and leg regions. Tossing and turning during the night is the most common reason people don't sleep well at night. This restlessness is caused by pressure points developing at various parts of the body due to a bed that does not conform to the shape of the body causing circulation to be restricted at those points. We toss and turn to find a more comfortable position.

Our adjustable bed sleep systems address this problem in various ways. First of all, our mattresses all have a supportive layer of memory foam. This memory foam conforms to the shape of your body relieving pressure points and giving you a feeling of floating while sleeping. 4.  How do I pick the right adjustable bed for me? Are they all the same?
No, adjustable beds are not all the same. Adjustable beds come with a wide variety of options. Our adjustable bed systems consist of two parts, the mattress and the platform. Each mattress and platform offers different options depending on what your personal needs are. First pick your mattress from our three options. Our mattresses are engineered to work specifically with our adjustable platforms. They are all designed to alleviate pressure points, encourage proper spinal alignment, provide a breathable sleeping surface and are made from durable specialized foams. Next pick your platform from our two options. If you simply want the comfort and ease of an adjustable bed without all the bells and whistles, the A100 is a basic well-engineered adjustable platform at a great price. Our Ovation platform comes with many options such as cordless remote, massage and memory options, wall-hugger slider to bring you closer to your nightstand, and many more.

5.  Aren't adjustable beds just for older people?
Absolutely Not! Seventy percent of all beds sold in Europe are adjustable beds. Europeans are well acquainted with the health and lifestyle benefits of the adjustable bed systems. This craze in now sweeping the US. With our ever-increasing active lives, people all over the country are now realizing the enormous benefits of owning an adjustable sleep system. 6.  How many pounds of weight will the adjustable bed platform support?
The Twin Xl in both the Ovation and the A100 will support 350lb. The Full XL and Queen will support 450lb. The various adjustable memory foam mattresses work best with weights below 250lb.

7.  Can you clean under the adjustable platform?
Yes! Cleaning under the adjustable bed platform is made easy by the locking casters on all four legs. Just unlock, move the bed for easy cleaning or simply vacuum underneath the raised platform.

8.  Can the adjustable bed platform fit into an existing bed frame?
Yes. Both the Ovation and A100 adjustable platforms will fit inside standard Queen and King headboard, foot- board and side-rails. Because the Full XL and Twin XL are not the standard sizes that a bed frame comes in, your stand Twin and Full bed frames will not work with these size adjustable beds. But the headboard should be able to be fitted to the head of the adjustable bed in these sizes. If you have an odd size bed, please contact our sales department with the measurements to your bed, just to make sure that your new adjustable bed will fit inside your existing bed.

9.  Can I attach our existing headboard to the adjustable platform?
Yes. The Ovation comes with headboard brackets which you can attach your existing headboard. The A100 does not automatically come with the brackets, however they can be special ordered and will take 4-6 weeks for delivery.

10.  How long will it take to receive our new adjustable sleep system?
We realize that many of those who are ordering an adjustable bed may need it to arrive quickly. In most cases your mattress and adjustable bed platform will arrive in four weeks. We ship from Ohio and so for those living at a greater distance from there it could take up to six weeks.

11.  Does it come with a 30-day trial?

12.  Do the Ovation and the A100 look different?
The Ovation and the A100 look identical. It is the inner mechanisms that are different.

13.  I see the Ovation comes in a Twin XL, Full XL, Queen and Regular King Size (split) and the A100 comes in a Twin XL and King (split). Is it possible to get another size like a Cal King (split) or a regular Twin?
