20-Year Limited Warranty

Each of these specialty mattress sets has been manufactured using the highest quality materials and workmanship. Each has been carefully inspected and found to be free of defects.
The provisions of this warranty apply to the original owner of the product so long as the warranty provisions remain in effect. In the event of a defect, contact Ultimate Sleep Inc. 800-508-1008.
Freight costs to and from the authorized return facility are the responsibility of the mattress owner. At no charge to you we will determine the nature of the defect and if the fault is ours we will repair or replace it at our option; subject to the pro-rated charges set forth below. Authorization from the factory to return products must be obtained prior to return.
Our 20-year warranty will be pro-rated as follows from the date of purchase: The first 10 years, no additional charge, the next 5 years, 50% of the original cost of the affected item and the final 5 years, 20% of the original cost.
This warranty covers workmanship and materials. Implied warranties are limited to the terms of this warranty. In no event shall the company be liable to the buyer or any other party for indirect or consequential damages.
This warranty is additionally subject to the following conditions: 

  1. Warranty does not apply to bedding, if upon inspection by Ultimate Sleep, damage caused by misuse or abuse, accident, neglect, carelessness, alteration to the product, or any other conditions that are beyond the control of the manufacturer are found.
  2. Any mattress, or part there of, to be returned must be sanitary, unsoiled, undamaged and odor free or warranty will not apply and service will be refused. 
  3. The warranty is effective from the date of purchase by the original purchasing customer with proof of original purchase.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
Normal leveling or flattening out of filling materials or body impressions, which occur in normal use of the mattress, are not covered in the warranty. Body impressions in a new mattress indicate that the upholstery layers are conforming to your body's individual contours. These are not structural defects but normal occurrences in the performance of the mattress.

If mattress is returned in compliance with the above and found to be defective, the remedies set forth above shall be made by Ultimate Sleep Inc.

CARPENTER COMPANY (ISOTONIC) LIMITED 5 YEAR WARRANTY

Isotonic Lumbar Support Cushion Warranty, Isotonic Ambient Pillows Warranty.

Carpenter Co. warrants to the original purchaser or user that the accompanying product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 5 years from the date of the original retail sales invoice. If during the warranty period, this product is found to be defective because of defects in materials or workmanship, it will be replaced without charge. Use of the product diminishes the loft of the foam. Notice of a claim under this warranty must be given promptly in writing, in no case later than 45 days after discovery of the defect. Defective products must be returned, along with the invoice, prepaid to Carpenter at the address stated below. Carpenter will prepay shipping charges for the replaced product. Carpenter makes no warranty with respect to the natural settling of the foam. This warranty will become void if the product shows signs of careless handling or if the product is ripped or torn. In addition, this product must be used with a protective covering, and must be cleaned in accordance with Carpenter's care and use instructions. Any implied warranties shall be limited to the duration of the 5 year limited warranty. In no case will Carpenter be liable for incidental or consequential damages, whether such damages are claimed on account of breach of warranty, breach of contract, negligence or strict/product liability, including without limitation, damage to property (other than the product) or other economic losses. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion or limitations of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from State to State. Terms and Conditions

Coverage Period:
Sensus and Aerus Memory Foam, manufactured by Foamex Inc, and ErgoSoft 100% Natural Latex Foam products are guaranteed to retain at least 90% of original loft for a period of up to 5 years, covering the average life of a mattress topper.

Exclusions:
Warranty is limited to described Foamex and ErgoSoft products only. Neither manufacturer is responsible for any subsequent damage if products are abused or misused in any way, or exposed to any liquids or chemical products.

Right of Inspections:
Foamex and ErgoSoft, and their representatives, reserve the right to inspect all products involved in warranty claims. All inspections will take place at a facility designated by the manufacturer or their representatives.

Claim Limitations:
This warranty is limited to Foamex and ErgoSoft materials only. Any and all subsequent materials, labor and/or freight and/or delivery charges are not covered under warranty.

Warranty coverage is limited to original purchaser.

Absolute Comfort On Sale (ACOS) warrants to the original purchaser or user that the accompanying product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 5 years from the date of the original retail sales invoice. If during the warranty period, this product is found to be defective because of defects in materials or workmanship, it will be replaced without charge. Notice of a claim under this warranty must be given promptly in writing, in no case later than 45 days after the purchase of the product. Defective products must be returned, along with the invoice, prepaid to ACOS at the address supplied by our Customer Service representatives at the time of claim. Acos will pay shipping charges for the replacement product. This warranty will become void if the product shows signs of careless handling or if the product is ripped or torn. In addition, this product must be protected during use by a quilted mattress cover, and all cleaning must be done in accordance with ACOS care instructions.

Except as set forth above, ACOS MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT WILL ACOS BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, whether such damages are claimed on account of breach of warranty, breach of contract, negligence or strict product liability, including without limitations, damage to property or other economic losses. This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. UNPACK CAREFULLY. This memory foam mattress pad may have been vacuum packed and/or compressed for shipping. It may look smaller in the package than it really is. Open the package carefully, taking care not to cut or tear the mattress pad. In warmer weather, a mattress pad will normally assume its proper shape and size in 6 - 12 hours after the package has been opened and the pad released and allowed to breathe. In colder weather, this process may require 1 - 2 days. The slight scent of “newness” that all foam products have will dill dissipate gradually.

INSTALL PROPERLY Place the mattress pad on top of your mattress. A quilted cotton mattress cover should be placed over your memory foam mattress pad. Place your regular sheets on top of the quilted mattress cover. With all memory foam products, cotton sheets are preferable.

WARNING: URETHANE FOAM IS FLAMMABLE. Do not expose urethane foam to open flames or any other direct or indirect high temperature ignition sources such as burning operations, welding, burning cigarettes, space heaters or naked lights. Once ignited, urethane foam will burn rapidly, releasing great heat and consuming oxygen at a high rate. In an enclosed space, the resulting deficiency of oxygen will present a danger of suffocation to occupants. Hazardous gases released by the burning foam can be incapacitating or fatal to human beings if inhaled in sufficient quantities.

The purchase of your new specialty sleep product is quality-assured to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. The original purchase receipt is required to demonstrate purchase date. This warranty is provided to the original purchaser only and is not transferable.

We reserve the right to refuse service if a product is found to be soiled or unsanitary. In addition, the warranty is void if the product has been found to have been misused or tampered with by the purchaser beyond reasonable wear and tear. The warranty shall not apply if the product has been damaged physically intentionally or due to accident or neglect: including stains, mold, water damage, animal damage, cuts, burns or is otherwise unsanitary, damaged or soiled.

Transportation costs to and from our facility are the responsibility of the consumer. Please allow one to three weeks after the product is received into our facility. We would never be able to offer such low prices if we had to account for potential return costs. All of our customers so far have loved this product. But remember, Leggett Platt offers an excellent Lifetime Limited Warranty on the S-Cape, ProMotion and ShipShape models. In the first year Leggett Platt will repair or replace any defective part at no cost to the purchaser for parts, labor or transportation.

Bioflex Mattress Pad Warranty

BIOflex® flexible magnets, for the bedding industry, are permanently magnetized. They will only lose their magnetic properties when exposed to extremely strong magnetic fields, or temperatures above 80° C/176° F. BIOflex Medical Magnetics, Inc. warrants that its magnetic strips will maintain their magnetic properties for the life of the sleep system into which they are incorporated and that in the event that it's magnetic strips fail due to manufacturing defects, they will be replaced.


Perfect Comfort Ergonomic Office Chair Warranty

Your new Perfect Comfort Chair is warranted from the date of purchase against failure due to material and workmanship as follows:

All warranties are limited to the original purchaser for normal commercial usage defined as a standard forty hour work week by persons weighing 250 lbs or less. This warranty will not cover labor, freight or damage from misuse, abuse, negligence, alteration, accident, vandalism, rusting, acts of nature or any other event beyond the control of the manufacturer. The warranty does not cover cosmetic damage that may result from normal use. Liability for incidental or consequential damages is excluded to the extent permitted by law. The user assumes all risk of injury resulting from use of this product. When usage is more than 40 hours per week, a five year warranty on all parts applies. Fabric is warranted for one year.

Should you have need of assistance or require warranty service, please contact Customer Service at 800-508-1008 ext 2, Monday through Friday Eastern time. At the manufacturer's option, they will either:

  1. Supply compatible components of current manufacture
  2. Repair the customer's component

For all claims, it is the customer's responsibility to prepay freight on any components returned to the factory. Return freight to the customer on components covered by warranty will be paid by the manufacturer.


SILK COMFORTERS WARRANTY POLICY

3 Year Warranty for silk comforters This warranty covers any defects in workmanship or materials for a period of three years from the date of purchase. It does not cover actions of normal use, damages caused by mistreatment (failures to follow care instructions, etc), or natural disasters. We will exchange or repair the product under this warranty, with the same or an equal product (if the original is no longer available), as determined by us. Shipping costs to and from our claims center are not covered under this warranty, and must be paid by the customer.


The Airpura Limited Warranty

If within five (5) years from the date of the original purchase by the end-user from the Authorized Dealer, an Airpura R600, C600, T600, H600, V600 or UV600 (with the exception of filters or UV lamps) is proved to be defective by reason only of faulty workmanship or materials, Airpura Industries Inc. Will, at their option, repair or replace the part or product free of charge for labor and materials.

If within ten (10) years from the date of the original purchase by the end-user from the Authorized Dealer, an Airpura R600, V600 or UV600 (with the exception of filters or UV lamps) is proved to be defective by reason only of faulty workmanship or materials, Airpura Industries Inc. will at their option repair or replace the part or product free of charge for labor only. Any replacement parts deemed necessary by Airpura Industries will be charged to the purchaser.

The same warranty applies to the Airpura I-600 within two (2) years of purchase for parts and labor and within 5 years for labor only.

Obvious defects must be communicated to the Authorized Dealer within 10 days from the purchase date.

This warranty shall not apply to damage caused through misuse, wear and tear, neglect, unauthorized repair or to damage caused through installation, adaptation, modification or use in an improper manner or inconsistent with Airpura's operating and maintenance instructions, wear or deterioration due to environmental conditions or to damage occurred during transit.

Airpura Industries will not be liable under this warranty for any fault or damage arising from defective workmanship, if the product has been serviced, repaired or modified by any person other than Airpura Industries Inc. or the manufacturer's serial label has been removed or tampered with.

All products returned for service or repair must be accompanied with a RA (Return Authorization) number. The RA number must be clearly visible on the external packaging. The absence of an RA number will delay the service or repair process, for any shipment to Airpura Industries Inc. not accompanied with a RA number will not be accepted or will be immediately sent back to the shipper. Please contact Airpura Industries Inc to receive a RA number prior to shipment.


NexGel Products

NexGel Inc warrants your new mattress or mattress set to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 20 years from the original date of purchase. Toppers and pillows are warranted for a period of 5 years from the original date of purchase. This warranty extends only to the original purchaser.

Should this mattress set fail during the warranty period, NexGel, at its option, will replace or repair the mattress or foundation at no charge other than transportation costs. NexGel reserves the right to substitute materials or models of equal value and quality. Repair or replacement of the mattress does not extend the original warranty period.

Years 1 – 10 of this warranty are non-prorated and years 11 – 20 are prorated. Within the prorated period, NexGel will repair or replace the mattress at a prorated cost of use of 1/20 of the original purchase price per year from the original date on the bill of sale.

To qualify for this warranty, the original purchaser must present proof of purchase for validation, and the law label and trade labels on the defective product must be intact. The mattress set must also be free of stains, soiling and tears so please use appropriate mattress protection.

Please note, if you plan to use your NexGel mattress on an existing slat foundation, slats must be 2” apart to validate the warranty. This distance provides optimal airflow and support of the mattress.

This warranty does not apply to:

In the first several months you may notice the development of a body signature in the surface of your mattress. This is a normal occurrence and indicates that the cushion layers in the topper or mattress are conforming to the natural contours of your body.

Normal body signatures are not a suggestion of structural failure. Rotating your mattress head to foot every three to four months will minimize the appearance of body signatures.

NexGel is not liable for incidental or consequential damages arising through the use of this product.

*The mattress cover is warranted for two (2) years against structural defects in the material and workmanship. Loose threads, pilling, normal body contouring, and stretching of fabrics are considered cosmetic flaws and are not covered.

10 years.

1. What does the warranty cover/not cover?
Dapwood Furniture's warranty covers the materials and workmanship of our products for 10 years for the original owner.

Warranty does not cover expansion, contraction, effects of extremely high or low humidity; spills on or submersion in liquids; acts of God (e.g. fire, floods, tornadoes, locusts); doesn't match other furniture or floors; improper installation; excessive wear and tear (e.g. children experiments, teething puppies, movers); commercial use (e.g. hotels, B&Bs, adult movies); extreme loads.

Wood furniture will have one or more of the following characteristics which are not defects: variations in grain and color, knots, mineral streaks, pitch pockets. Warranty does not cover darkening of wood or finish, which occurs naturally over time.

Natural variations in solid wood and hand-applied finishes make each piece unique. Slight grain and finish irregularities tell you that the furniture has been crafted from solid wood and are hallmarks of quality and individuality.

2. What is the period of coverage?
Warranty period starts when the product ships from our facility. Coverage ends after 10 years or if the first purchaser transfers the product to someone else.

3. What will Dapwood Furniture do to correct problems?
At our choice, we will repair or replace a product component that fails under the warranty period. It does not cover incidental costs such as shipping costs, cost of renting temporary furniture, telephone charges, etc.

4. How can the customer get warranty service?
In order to obtain warranty service, contact the retailer that you purchased the product from. Be prepared to describe the problem and provide photos. A close-up photo as well as a general photo are very helpful.

5. How will state law affect customer's rights under the warranty?
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

A NOTE ABOUT DAMAGES OR DEFECTS
Note that we require pictures whenever there is a "claim of damage or defect." Please be ready to provide clear pictures which illustrate your claim. If you have any questions, or wish to return a mattress or topper, make sure to first call Customer Service at 800-508-1008. Pictures are for validation of the general claim, and are not a substitute for returning any item. Final evaluation will be made when our manufacturing representative personally examines the returned product in question. Items not found defective upon inspection must be retrieved by the customer at their expense.
