Mattress Pads/Toppers:

We offer Super Fast Shipping via FedEx and UPS - we usually ship the next day. We expedite all topper orders. Our Cool Max Toppers take between 5 - 7 business days to ship. All other toppers we sell are shipped out the next day if you order by noon (EST). When your topper or pillows are shipped you will receive email notification of the shipping date, tracking number, and estimated date of arrival at your home. We can offer this service whether you order by phone, fax or e-mail; all we need is a correct e-mail address at the time of your order.

During our sale, shipping is free for orders within the lower 48 US states. For any other worldwide destination, please ask us for a shipping quote.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Your topper may be shipped separately from your quilted cotton cover.

Our Memory Foam Mattress Shipping (our non-adjustable bed models):

Shipping of all our mattresses is free of charge to the lower 48 US states. This is free curbside delivery.

All our mattresses are delivered "curbside" by the shipping company. The shipper will call once the mattress arrives in your local area and ask to arrange a day and time that is convenient for you to have the mattress delivered. It's a good idea to have a friend ready to help you set up your mattress on the day it arrives.

Normally, your mattress will be delivered between 2 to 3 weeks after receiving your order. (Tempur Pedic will take 30 days to ship a new mattress.) Why wait? Take advantage of our free shipping and our free trial offer now!

White glove mattress delivery Our White Glove Shipping Upgrade will deliver your new mattress and foundation to your home, unpack and place it in your bedroom. The local delivery agent will call ahead to arrange a convenient delivery time. When you order, please let us know if there will be any stair-carry or elevator lift to your residence or bedroom (additional fees may apply). Note that will be necessary to have your bed frame empty and ready for delivery. Shipping boxes and packaging will all be removed, unless you specifically request the driver to leave them.

Our usual shipping time from date of ordering is 2-3 weeks. White Glove service may add one week to that time. So, White Glove shipping will take from 2-4 weeks.

Return of Memory Foam Mattresses:
We ship the bed to you free and ask that you try it out for a minimum a week, and then if you decide to keep it, which most of our customers do, you never pay shipping. It is only if you decide to return the mattress that you will need to pay the return shipping to us. You have 30 days to decide if you are happy with your new mattress. If you are not, please call us to arrange a return authorization then we will give you the return shipping instructions. The returned mattress must include the original boxes and bags. The shipping must be pre-paid and arranged by the customer. If you have thrown out the original boxes we can ship you new boxes for a fee of $59.00.

Return of Mattresses that have been shipped via White Glove Service
As part of the white glove service the shipping boxes will be removed by us. If you wish to return the mattress within the 30 day trial period you will need the boxes to return the mattress in. You may either ask to keep the boxes or at your request we can send you new boxes for a fee of $59.00.

Cancellation of Mattress orders:
You have a 24 hour grace period to cancel your mattress order. If you cancel after that time you will be responsible for a $250 shipping charge deduction from your payment.

Adjustable Mattress Shipping and Returns:

Our White Glove Shipping will deliver your new adjustable bed to your home, unpack and place it in your bedroom. We will call ahead to arrange a convenient delivery time. (Please have your bed location free and clear and ready for installation. The shipping boxes and packaging will all be removed by us.) Stair-carry and old-bed-removal services may be available in your area; please request an estimate.

NOTE: Adjustable Bed Sets and Bases are not returnable.
The Orthomatic Adjustable Bed Sets and Bases are not eligible for our 30 night trial and are not returnable. (The weight and shipping costs make returns impossible. We would never be able to offer such low prices if we had to account for potential return costs.) But remember, Orthomatic offers an excellent 15-Year Warranty. In the first year Orthomatic will repair or replace any defective part at no cost to the purchaser for parts, labor or transportation.

Cancellation of Mattress and Adjustable Bed orders:
You have a 24 hour grace period to cancel your adjustable bed order. After that, we cannot accept cancellations.
