Sensus memory foam is premium, high density visco elastic memory foam manufactured by Foamex International Inc.
It is manufactured using a process exclusive to Foamex, called Variable Pressure Foaming (VPF) process. The result of this VPF process is that Sensus foam will outperform existing visco elastic products in shape-conforming properties, comfort and quality. Sleep products such as mattresses and pillows made of sensus foam offer the ultimate personalized sleeping experience and generate the highest levels of customer satisfaction. The VPF process is what makes Sensus stand out from other memory foams offered in the marketplace. Sensus is created in a 100% sealed vacuum chamber. The regulation of atmospheric conditions eliminates inconsistencies that changes in barometric pressure, temperature, and humidity cause in ordinary foam. The end result of this process is that every batch of Sensus foam produced by Foamex meets the same high standards. The combination of Foamex proprietary chemistry and controlled pressure possible with Variable Pressure foaming (VPF) improves the performance and durability of Sensus foam. Whether it is used in pillows, mattresses, or mattress toppers, Sensus foam provides a softer more consistent feel for years. Sensus foam is fluidly responsive across a broader range of temperatures than other visco elastic products on the market.
This results in a smoother shift in firmness that allows the sleeper to change positions without hitting a uncomfortable barrier of hard, non-responsive foam. The cells in Sensus foam are finer than other viscoelastic foams giving Sensus a softer more luxurious feel than the competition. Sensus foam also has a longer "memory." This results in mattresses and pillows that do a superior job of relieving pressure points that can disrupt sleep and cause pain. The main areas that Sensus foam relieves pressure are the head, scapular, sacral, and heel regions. WITH a 100% cotton quilted cover: Our topper covers
are made from a superb 200-count cotton, luxuriously quilted with
a 7 oz. Polyfill to wick away body moisture. The 
cotton
layer is essential in giving the memory foam mattress pads more breathability.
You will sleep cooler in summer and be warmer in the winter. It also
protects the foam from body oils that can break down the memory foam
structure over time. The cover has a 15" deep pocket skirt so
that it will easily wrap around your topper and underlying mattress
and it is easily removed for laundering. This deep-pocket cover is
designed to be used with the new higher profile mattresses. Check

Delivery of our Sensus Toppers: We expedite all Topper orders. If you order by noon (EST) we will ship your order the following weekday – no need to wait weeks for delivery! When your topper is shipped you will receive email notification of the shipping date, tracking number, and estimated date of arrival at your home. We offer this service whether you order by phone, fax or e-mail; all we need is a correct e-mail address at the time of your order.
Since the packed topper carton falls in the "oversize" category, there is a shipping charge of $19.95 for delivery to any of the lower 48 states on orders totaling less than $195. We gladly accept orders from any worldwide destination – please ask for a shipping quote.
30-Night Trial: We are pleased to offer a 30-Night trial period with your new topper. If you wish to return the topper, just call for return authorization and return the product in an unsoiled and undamaged condition and in its original packaging. We will promptly refund the purchase price. You will be responsible for the shipping costs.
