days there are so many pillows to choose from in the market place:

The "body pillow" is a long cylinder pillow that can be manipulated in a large variety of ways to help you get comfortable in many, many different positions.
Then there is the large variety of materials pillows are made from. These can range from goose down or specialty foams or organic cotton, to down substitutes, beans or lavender pods.
