Our ErgoSoft Latex toppers and natural mattress components normally
ship out within one week of ordering, and may ship from different warehouses
and be delivered on different days. Delivery may be by UPS, FedEx,
DHL Ground, or Freight Service (common carrier) – at our discretion,
and based upon your order. For optional delivery services, or shipping
estimates beyond the Continental USA, please contact us. You will receive
email confirmation of your order and billing, as well as tracking information
when your order ships, provided we have a valid email address. We do not
