Get Better Sleep
We spend one third of our lives sleeping.
Sleep is as vital to our health and well-being as food and water. It is essential to life. Deep, restful sleep rejuvenates our mind and body and helps us to function efficiently and normally. There are several factors necessary for a good night's sleep – the mattress we sleep on, the temperature of our bed room, how much noise is present, and how dark it is.
The
Orthomatic Adjustable Bed System can help
with one of those factors.
The rest is up to you! The adjustable bed platform with one of our super comfortable mattresses can help you find the perfect position for a natural and restful sleep. The memory foam in our mattresses will help reduce tossing and turning and the various positions available with the adjustable bed enables you put your body in a natural sleep position, which is legs slightly bent and chest slightly elevated.
The ideal temperature for the bedroom is between 60 and 65 degrees Fahrenheit or 16 to 18 degrees Celsius. Be sure that your room is a comfortable temperature. A room that is too hot or too cold can disturb your sleep.
If noise inhibits your sleep, try sleeping with a steady low noise from a fan, air conditioner or wind machine. This constant low noise helps to block out other noises.
Be sure to sleep in a dark room. Light is a powerful cue to the brain to wake up. The darker the room, the deeper the sleep. Too much light will signal the brain to be more wakeful.

Testimonials
My husband and I were both having trouble sleeping. If he turned over I woke up and vice versa. We were getting cranky and tired from our restless nights. We decided to try one of your adjustable beds. From the very first night, we slept like babies! We can't thank you enough – we love our new adjustable bed and my husband uses the massage options daily to help soothe his aching muscles after a hard day's work. We should have bought one of these years ago!

Boy, do I sleep in this bed! I raise by head and knees and I feel like I'm in a hammock – the next thing – I'm out. Thanks!
