Each sturdy wooden futon frame is held together with a secure and patented Vice Protection System® and Cradle Converter® -- the equivalent of the European Click Clack Mechanism, but made specifically to strengthen and complement this type of wooden frame. Each Convertible Futon Couch is available in both Full and Queen Sizes to meet your space and comfort requirements. If your space is limited, the Full Size (79.4” long with a backrest height of 34”, and sitting 21.3” off the floor) offers an excellent level of comfort and convenience that may work just right for you. The Queen Size (84.7” long with a backrest height of 34”, and sitting 21.3” off the floor) provides more room for sitting, lounging, and sleeping -- particularly for two people. And both sizes are available with all of the same excellent features and workmanship.

The Santa Cruz is available in Medium Oak, Dark Cherry, and Java Finishes. After sustainably managed premium woods are made into beautiful wooden futon frames by expert craftsmen, each goes through a 2-stage finishing and hand-rubbing process. Your handsome new Convertible Futon Frame will not only be versatile and comfortable, but look beautiful with a wide range of décor styles.

Our selection of premium Futon Sofa Beds feature the recommended super-comfortable 8” deluxe futon mattress, with removable custom cover – selected by you. The full size futon is 54” x 75” and the queen size futon is 60” x 80”. Each with a tufted 7.5 oz Poly-Cotton Twill Cover, A Dual-Layer High Density Foam Core, Pure Fibrelon® puff batting, and a Manufacturer’s 1 Year Limited Warranty. If you prefer a slightly thinner futon mattress or one constructed with innerspring support, these are also available upon request -- please call 800-508-1008 for more information. It is also possible to order the Santa Cruz Futon Frame only, without the futon mattress, futon cover and pillows.

Covering much of the color spectrum, many of these fabrics are also featured in the pictures of our Futon Convertible Beds. All fabrics are Poly-Cotton Blends – dry cleaning is recommended. The two matching pillows which come with every Futon Sofa Bed will automatically feature the same fabric you choose. If you are interested in a color that we haven’t shown below, please inquire.

bi fold futon frame Linen Drawers are a great way to store your bedding and linen accessories right under your new Futon Convertible Bed. Drawers come in a set of two (2) to fit your Full or Queen sized bed. Each features small wheels that roll smoothly across the floor, and they will come in the same finish you’ve chosen for your futon frame.

Dimensions for each matching Linen Drawer:

Full – 36.8” wide (A) by 18.5” deep (C) and 8.9” tall (B). Pair ships together in one box that weighs 37.5 lbs.
Queen – 39.5” wide (A) by 18.5” deep (C) and 8.9” tall (B). Pair ships together in one box that weighs 39.2 lbs.

These drawers will ship with the rest of your order, and basic assembly is required.

Free Shipping of the Santa Cruz Futon Couch

Delivery Information: We expedite all orders. If you order by noon (EST) we will ship your order within approximately 3 Business Days. Futon Covers and accessory items may ship separately. When your products are shipped, you will receive email notification of the shipping date, tracking number, and estimated date of arrival at your home. We offer this service whether you order by phone, fax, or email; all we need is a correct email address at the time of your order.

We gladly accept orders from any worldwide destination – please call for a shipping quote on these special orders.

Please call for information about our White Glove Shipping option if you would like your new Convertible Futon Sofa Bed assembled in your home at time of delivery and the boxes removed– 800-508-1008. This is a for-fee option that also requires additional delivery time. The mattress, mattress cover and cushions will not be assembled with the White Glove shipping option. These items will ship separately.

Note on Returns /Cancellations: These Futon Sofa Beds are not offered with a 30-Day trial. This is to maintain our very low prices. For your protection against defects, the Santa Cruz Futon Couch comes with a limited warranty and delivery is insured. Orders may not be cancellable after 24 hours. Should we be in a position to stop your order, or if delivery is refused, you will be responsible for any shipping or other charges incurred on behalf of your order.
