The Tempur-Pedic ® profile ranges from 8 inches to 14.5 inches.

The Absolute Comfort Mattress comes with a Premium Belgian Damask Cotton Cover quilted to 3 oz of silk-fiber blend which eliminates the common problem of heat build up found in the Temper-Pedic memory foam mattress. It gives you great breath-ability and is designed to wick away perspiration and moisture build up while it still conducts body heat through to the memory foam. It is your own body temperature which creates the magic of memory foam -- it responds to your individual shape, temperature and weight to cradle you in comfort.

The Temper-Pedic mattress set is covered in a variety of fabrics ranging from terry velour to cashmere blend.

Now this is what really counts: Absolute Comfort uses 3 inches of 4 lb density memory foam. This has two advantages. It is firm but has some give to it. The other advantage is that 4 lb density foam has a faster recovery time. When you move from position to position the foam moves with you so you feel you are floating on top of the bed. Temper-Pedic uses 3 inches of 5lb density foam. Many people feel that 5 lb density foam is too denser. Denser foam feels more firm.
