Your new Airpura air purifier will ship by UPS or FedEx Ground, and will be sent separately from other items you may order. Once an item ships, you will be receiving shipping confirmation and tracking information as long as we have a valid email address for you. Please note that although we make every effort to pack and ship every item securely, you must inspect the boxes for any damages that might have occurred during shipping. If an item happens to be damaged and not acceptable to you, do not accept delivery and notify us immediately.
