Chamomile and Lavender Quick Bread

4 cups flour
4 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 egg
1 cup milk
1 cup chamomile infusion
2 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons lavender flowers

Beat the egg and add to the mild and the chamomile infusion. Add the lavender. Sift in the flour and salt with the melted butter. Form a dough and place on a greased tray and bake at 215 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve warm or cool and enjoy its relaxing properties.
